Process
We developed a search map based on the required skills of the specialist. Our team conducted over 40 interviews, presenting more than 17 relevant candidates to the client. Out of these, 11 candidates proceeded to technical interviews, and 6 were offered the test assignment. However, candidates declined at the test stage, often securing other job offers quickly.
During the search, we adjusted our criteria based on the complex requirements and maintained ongoing negotiations with the client. We also provided weekly market analytics.

Result
Through effective negotiations, we persuaded the partner company to reduce the scope of the test assignment and move part of it from written form to a final presentation during the interview. This adjustment helped us retain the interest of the final candidate. As a result, an offer was extended to a candidate who successfully completed the test assignment and was well-received by the team.
