Client Description

Our client is a company providing cloud solutions for businesses, specializing in reliable infrastructure, data storage, and the integration of various business applications.
Task

The company faced an urgent need to fill a Personnel Records Specialist position due to the critical demand for efficient HR process management. There was very little time to find a new employee as the tasks required immediate attention. Despite the company's independent efforts to recruit a suitable candidate, the selected specialist did not fully meet the requirements. This created the need for a rapid search for a qualified professional who could quickly take over all functions and ensure smooth personnel record management.
Key requirements

  • Knowledge of electronic document management systems (EDMS) and military records management.
  • Understanding of labor protection principles and knowledge of labor legislation.
  • 3+ years of experience with 1C, including automation of HR processes.
  • Experience in setting up personnel records management from scratch, with the ability to handle large data volumes.
Process
