Task

We were tasked with finding a Lead Data Scientist with experience and expertise specifically in medical technologies. There are many nuances in recruiting such a high-level professional. The domestic job market has very few candidates with significant experience in MedTech, and Lead-level professionals are always the rarest and most in-demand.
Process

Created a list of donor companies (MedTech companies with the required tech stack).
Worked with our internal candidate database, leveraging our network and recommendations while establishing long-term communication with potentially interesting specialists.
Formed a project team to work on the vacancy, with daily efforts to source candidates and expand the funnel.
