Task
The company needed to find a specialist with deep knowledge of the mobile game market, as well as management skills and a desire to build a team and establish all processes from scratch.

Process
The search began by reaching out to our internal database and engaging with "warm" candidates. Simultaneously, resources such as HH.ru, LinkedIn, and referrals were utilized. As a result, we contacted 35 candidates, conducted 12 HR interviews, and recommended 7 specialists for the next stage, which was the technical interview. The internal team selected 3 finalists, and after a second technical interview, one candidate was approved
