The company sought support in strengthening its team with a senior leader for one of its internal products. The goal was not just to find a candidate with relevant experience but to ensure a precise match in leadership skills, adaptability speed, and deep understanding of internal processes.

- Proven experience managing teams of 20+ members, with a strong focus on development, retention, and process optimization;
- Technical background and a deep understanding of modern technologies, enabling clear communication with both the team and stakeholders;
- Hands-on experience in IT project management across all lifecycle stages—from initiation to launch and support;
- Strong stakeholder management skills, navigating complex, multi-faceted internal and external interests.
Process
We developed a targeted list of companies with a proven track record of successful IT project execution under strong leadership. Particular attention was given to candidates with experience as CTOs or Heads of Engineering who were open to transitioning into a more product-oriented environment. Additionally, we leveraged professional networks to gather recommendations on potential high-caliber candidates.
