Client Description

A company engaged in the retail sale of shoes and accessories, with stores located throughout CIS.
Task

An experienced manager was needed as there was a requirement to reform the financial and accounting department. Over an extended period of independent searches, the company had exhausted the local market and the surrounding area. For candidates from other cities, the vacancy was less attractive due to the necessity of relocating to Tula with a minimal relocation package. Office attendance was a mandatory requirement for the position. Additionally, the salary range could not compete with other offers from neighboring cities due to the proximity to the capital and, consequently, more favorable offers from other companies
Key requirements

  • Experience as a financial director for at least 5 years.
  • Mandatory experience in large network companies for at least 5 years.
  • Knowledge of all financial management procedures and functions.
Process

We created a map of federal network companies, broadening the search beyond CIS. Together with the hiring manager, we identified sales points for attracting candidates from other cities.
Result

We found a candidate in the another city. Throughout the selection process, we maintained communication with the candidate. We initiated the candidate's visit to the company office to meet the team, which positively influenced their decision to accept the offer and relocate to new city.
