Task
The company was expanding its marketing teams and restructuring product verticals, leading to the opening of several marketing positions. Due to the large scope and tight deadlines, they reached out to us for assistance.

Conducted an in-depth briefing with the client to clarify the necessary skills and expertise.
Created a search map of companies with similar operations across the company's verticals.
Utilized our internal candidate database and revisited previously closed positions.
Based on previous closures, we built a predictive timeline for the position and mapped out the necessary steps to achieve quality results.
Worked daily with key search platforms (LinkedIn, internal database, Habr Career, etc.) to widen the candidate funnel.
Engaged with promising candidates for future opportunities, even though they were not actively seeking new jobs. This resulted in a strong pool of recommendations.
Result
We found a highly relevant candidate who was not actively job hunting but agreed to explore the opportunity. After discussions with us and later with the company, the candidate decided to accept the offer. The primary motivation was the challenges and scale of the project, which aligned with the candidate's career goals.
