Process

Donor company mapping: We identified both large banks and international startups working on various financial products as potential donor companies.

Proactive LinkedIn outreach: We launched active outreach campaigns on LinkedIn to engage potential candidates and ask for referrals, inviting them to introductory conversations.

Referral sourcing: We actively collected recommendations and leveraged professional fintech chats to gather insights on new products and identify key stakeholders.

Multi-platform sourcing: We used a range of platforms including Glassdoor, Indeed, LinkedIn, and Facebook to expand our candidate pool and discover qualified professionals.
