Client Description

A company develops neural network services for analyzing the results of imaging studies. Today, the AI technologies developed by this company help medical professionals make accurate decisions in one of the most challenging diagnostic fields. Developing in this area requires an extreme level of responsibility, which is why the company employs specialists with the highest qualifications.
Task

Our task was to find a Lead Data Scientist with experience and expertise specifically in the field of medical technology. There are numerous nuances involved in finding such a high-caliber employee. The talent pool in the country has very few candidates with significant experience in med-tech, and the lead category is always the rarest and most in-demand.

Process

Compiled a list of donor companies (med-tech companies, necessary tech stack).
