Due to the substantial workload, there was an urgent need to hire a personal assistant to support the commercial and technical directors

Key requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a personal assistant.
- Understanding of IT development principles.
- Experience with CRM systems.

We initiated the process by conducting a briefing with the client to clarify the required skills and competencies. Next, we created a search map of similar companies to ensure a precise match for the role. The process was structured in several stages:

- During the first week, we conducted 12 interviews with candidates that closely matched the profile.
- In the second week, 4 interviews were held with the client.
- Two finalists were selected, both of whom completed a test assignment.
