The company approached us when the project began to grow rapidly. The client aimed to build a team that would set the standard for expertise, so the focus was solely on hiring senior specialists.

Key requirements
- Experience in designing and optimizing data architecture, including the creation and maintenance of data lakes, data warehouses, and other structured/unstructured storage systems.
- Deep knowledge and experience with technologies such as SQL, Python, Spark, Hadoop, Kafka, as well as cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- At least 5 years of experience in developing and implementing data processing and storage solutions, with a focus on building ETL/ELT processes and handling large data volumes.
Process
After conducting a detailed briefing with the client company, we decided to create a search map focusing on companies with the necessary tech stack.
