Our client is a Russian online platform for listing goods, real estate, job vacancies, resumes, and services offered by individuals and companies.
Task

Finding a candidate for this position presented a significant challenge due to several factors. The role required a high level of expertise and diverse experience, which considerably narrowed the pool of potential candidates. The limited market capacity intensified this challenge, as there were not enough specialists with the required competencies in B2C/C2C marketing, as well as in Product and Performance marketing.
Key requirements

  • Ability to develop and execute product marketing strategies, as well as optimize Performance marketing metrics. Experience in CRM marketing, including creating and managing trigger communications.
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in B2C and C2C marketing, with a focus on customer acquisition and retention.
  • More than 5 years of successful marketing experience with a deep understanding of industry strategies and practices.
Process

The primary focus was on a targeted search across companies where potential candidates could have the necessary skills and experience. We conducted a thorough market analysis and identified key companies with specialists matching the desired profile.

An essential part of our strategy was actively engaging both warm and cold sources on a regular basis.
