One of the final candidates, who caught the company's attention, had extensive experience as a CTO in one of Russia's leading pharmaceutical companies.
During negotiations, it was revealed that the candidate received an internal offer from his current employer with a higher salary. However, through our additional efforts and the proposal of a performance-based bonus system, we successfully secured the candidate in favor of our client.
