Task
The internal recruitment team was actively working on candidate sourcing but needed external support to fill all open positions. For this specific C-level marketing role, we needed to expand the candidate funnel due to the niche requirements of the position.

Process
After conducting a detailed briefing, we developed a search map and identified donor companies—large corporations or agencies working in international markets. We also actively worked with our candidate database and engaged in headhunting to connect with potential candidates of interest to the company. We conducted daily searches across key platforms to expand the candidate funnel.
Result
We thoroughly analyzed the market for the most relevant active and passive candidates and identified the best match for the role. During the search, the position was put on hold several times due to the emergence of finalists (both our candidates and the company's). Ultimately, one candidate completed all interview stages in 1.5 months, and an offer was extended two weeks after the final interview. The offer was accepted immediately upon presentation.
