After six months of unsuccessful attempts to find the right candidate, they turned to an external provider. We assembled a project team and conducted a brainstorming session to create a search map targeting key leaders in the EdTech sector. On a daily basis, we analyzed the market and reached out to potential candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, conferences, IT manager Telegram channels, Career sites).

We successfully identified a suitable candidate from the international market. Negotiations for the candidate's relocation were completed, and the candidate is now leading the technical department and actively developing the IT team.
