- Performing in-depth market analysis to develop shortlists and longlists of candidates, considering current market trends and company requirements.
- Conducting a thorough assessment of candidate competencies during interviews, focusing on their fit for current and future company needs, as well as evaluating their potential for career growth.
- Independently and professionally managing executive-level vacancies from sourcing to final selection, including onboarding new employees.
Process
We started by searching within our ATS to identify candidates who already met the requirements and could be suitable for the position. To broaden the search, we reviewed several industry-specific recruitment conferences and analyzed relevant Telegram channels, which helped us find and engage the most promising candidates for the role.
