Key Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Linux server administration, including configuration, management, and monitoring of critical systems
- Proven track record with high-load systems, including performance optimization and scaling
- Proficiency in Golang, Python, or other programming languages
- Hands-on experience with virtualization and containerization tools (KVM, VMware, Docker)
Process
We actively utilized key sourcing platforms including hh.ru, LinkedIn, Habr Career, Telegram, as well as our internal ATS and professional network to identify suitable candidates.
The main challenges included strict experience requirements and limitations within the salary range. Additionally, market response was low, requiring extra effort to expand and optimize the funnel to ensure enough relevant profiles for consideration.
Result
We successfully identified and secured a candidate from a major BigTech company. After a series of interviews and negotiations, the candidate accepted the offer and joined the client’s team.
