The client was looking to hire a Head of HRBP — a senior leader with deep expertise in building HR processes and strategic business partnership.
Key requirements
- Proven experience in leading the HRBP function within tech-driven or fast-growing organizations, including building teams and processes from the ground up or in the context of transformation;
- Solid knowledge of strategic HR and understanding of C&B principles to effectively collaborate with specialized teams;
- Experience in developing and executing HR strategy in a rapidly changing business environment;
- Ability to engage in dialogue at the C-level, including with international stakeholders and parent structures.
Process
We started with in-depth market analysis and compiled a targeted list of companies with established HR leaders holding relevant experience. The primary focus was on candidates who had managed the HR function in tech companies undergoing rapid growth, demonstrated a strong balance between structure and agility, possessed solid C&B expertise, and could design effective motivation models in dynamic environments.
We prioritized candidates not only with the right professional background but also with mature soft skills and the ability to engage international stakeholders as equals. Our approach combined personal referrals, outreach through closed professional communities, and proactive engagement with passive candidates, carefully guiding them through the hiring process.
