Process
Our search strategy began with a thorough analysis of the current labor market, salary benchmarks, and availability of relevant professionals. We identified key sourcing platforms including LinkedIn, Habr Career, niche social media communities, specialized UX forums, and industry conferences.
We conducted active candidate sourcing through these platforms, including direct outreach (headhunting). Additionally, we leveraged expert recommendations from within the UX and product development communities. Job postings were published in specialized UX designer and researcher groups, which helped attract highly relevant profiles.
Result
Ultimately, we successfully found a candidate with an ideal combination of experience and skills through targeted search in Telegram channels. The candidate was not actively job hunting but was intrigued by the product and the challenge the role presented.
